These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ettex and its apps, websites and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating laws, infringing rights, uploading malware, attempting to disrupt the Service, or accessing it in unauthorized ways.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Ettex and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our brand or IP except as expressly stated.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you can export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ettex will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
