A shop site comes with an admin of its own. Open the site and choose Manage — everything about selling lives there, grouped into Store, Catalog, Marketing and Settings.

Overview

The first screen is the store at a glance: revenue, orders, average order value and conversion rate, each with its change, plus a revenue chart, recent orders with their status, and your top products. Quick actions sit next to it for the three things you do most — add a product, create a discount, import products — and a warning appears when something is low or out of stock.

Products

  1. Open Products and press Add product.
  2. Fill in the essentials: name, SKU, price, and stock. Compare-at price, cost per item, tax rate, category and tags are optional but make reports and discounts more useful later.
  3. Set the status: Published puts it in the storefront, Draft keeps it hidden while you work.
  4. Add variants if the product comes in sizes or colours, and fill in the SEO tab so the product page has its own title and description.
  5. Choose the sales channels it appears in, then save.

The list itself supports search, filters by category and status, and a row menu with duplicate, copy link and delete. Import brings a whole catalogue in from a file; Export takes it back out.

Categories

Categories are managed on their own screen: add one with a name, an optional description and an image. Names are unique, so you cannot end up with two spellings of the same thing.

Orders

  • The counters at the top break orders into New, Processing, Shipped and Returns.
  • Filter by status or by payment — all, paid or unpaid.
  • Each row shows the order number, date, customer, channel, status, whether it is paid, and the total. Fulfilment reads Unfulfilled, In transit, Fulfilled or Returned.
  • Open an order to see its items, the customer, the payment method and the timeline. Confirm & ship moves it to shipped and ticks the timeline; Cancel order asks first.
  • Export writes the current list to a file with order, date, customer, email, channel, status, paid and total.

Customers

One row per customer with their location, lifetime value, average order, when they last ordered and since when they have been a customer. Segments narrow the list; the summary above shows average lifetime value and average order across everyone.

Inventory

Stock has its own screen because it moves independently of the catalogue: on hand, available and committed per product, filtered by all stock, in stock, low stock or out of stock. Adjust increases or decreases a count with one click, and Export takes the whole picture out for a stock-take.

Discounts

  1. Open Discounts and press Create discount.
  2. Set the code customers will type, and the amount off.
  3. Choose what it applies to — all products or a specific category.
  4. Save. Active discounts are listed with their code, and can be deleted when the promotion ends.

Discount codes only work at checkout if they are enabled there — the switch is in Configuration → checkout options.

Marketing

The Marketing screen gathers the growth surfaces in one place: active promotions and promo codes, email sequences, SEO and content, and social and ads — each with what is active and what is recommended next.

Configuration

  • Store basics — company name, currency, default language.
  • Checkout — guest checkout, express checkout (Apple Pay / Google Pay), and whether discount codes can be entered.
  • Catalogue behaviour — inventory tracking, hiding out-of-stock products, the low-stock threshold that triggers alerts.
  • Storefront — catalogue layout, product card style, cookie banner, favicon and logo.
  • Domains — connect a domain, see its status and SSL, and manage additional domains.
  • SEO — default title and description, indexing, sitemap generation, plus custom code in the head or before the closing body tag.
  • Connected services — analytics integrations, the email address that receives form submissions, and team members with invite links.

Configuration changes apply to the storefront on the next publish, so publish once when you are done.
